| 摘 要： | 单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌是重要的食源性致病菌,其检测周期经典方法至少要8～12 d,难以满足对外贸易的要求.作者介绍了快速检测方法的主要步骤,全部检测鉴定工作在2～5 d完成.并探讨了保证其结果可靠性的关键控制点.

| Abstract: | Listeria monocytogenes is a major pathogenic bacteria,the detecting time for it by classical method is at least 8 to 12 days,so it is hard to satisfy the export trade need.We describe the main steps of fast detecting method that can be finished in 2 to 5 days and also discuss the critical control point that ensure the reliability of detection. |
