基于ADAMS的型孔式棉花精量排种器排种性能影响因素分析

摘    要:结构参数、工作参数对排种器的排种性能好坏影响很大,为了解不同参数与排种器排种性能间的关系,对型孔式棉花精密排种器的排种过程进行虚拟研究,仿真在不同孔型以及不同行程速比情况下的排种过程.结果表明:排种器的排种性能与型孔形状、尺寸有很大关系,孔口成喇叭状的型孔易于充种,型孔内圆形较方形易于谮种子顺利囊入.排种器的排种性能与排种轮转速ω有关,仿真获得较好排种性能时的临界角速度ωmax约为975°/s.零速投种和排种轮线速度以及播种机进给速度都有关系,但若取适当的行程速比系数,则基本可实现零速投种,仿真获得该系数为42.
