摘    要:为研究枯草芽孢杆菌Y-6产抗菌肽的抗氧化活性,通过化学发光法测定抗菌肽清除H2O2、·OH和O2·3种氧自由基的性能,再通过分光光度法测定抗菌肽的还原能力、对DPPH·的清除率以及对肝匀浆丙二醛(MDA)生成的抑制率.结果表明,抗菌肽有一定清除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化的作用,试验范围内抗菌肽浓度越高,抗氧化效果越好.抗菌...

Abstract:To investigate the antioxidant activities of antimicrobial peptide from Bacillus subtilis Y-6 and provide useful information for the development of antimicrobial peptide as a potential antioxidant, chemiluminescence method was used to determine the scavenging abilities of active oxygen (H2O2, ·OH and O-2 ·) of the antimicrobial peptide, and spectrophotometry method was used to determine reducing power, the DPPH · scavenging abilities and the malondialdehyde (MDA) formation inhibiting effects of mice liver homogenate. The results showed that antimicrobial peptide has certain activities on scavenging free radicals and inhibiting lipid oxidation, and the effects were better when the antimicrobial peptide concentration was higher. The reducing power was 0.88 at 10mg/ml of the peptide and the IC50 of DPPH scavenging capacity were 1.71mg/ml. When the concentration of the antimicrobial was 6mg/ml, the MDA production inhibition rate was 76.3% in mouse liver homogenate test without inductive effect, and which was 52.1% and 45.2% higher than that induced by H2O2 and FeSO4, respectively. The results indicated that antimicrobial peptide from Bacillus subtilis Y-6 is an effective natural antioxidants.
