深圳洪湖公园并蒂莲频繁发生与植株体内重金属含量关系初探

摘    要:通过对洪湖公园中红建莲植株体内的铜、镍、镉、铬、铅、砷、汞等几种主要重金属含量的测定,探讨并蒂莲频繁发生与植株体内重金属含量的相关性。结果表明:并蒂莲植株体内铅、锰和镉含量分别达到990μg/kg、50μg/kg、320μg/kg,显著高于非并蒂莲植株体内铅、锰和镉的含量,并蒂莲和非并蒂莲体内砷、汞、铜、锌、铬、镍富集没有显著差异,指出铅、锰和镉等重金属有可能对荷花品种红建莲的细胞分裂和染色体有一定的影响,是导致其花芽分化产生并蒂莲的原因之一。

Abstract:Several main kinds of heavy metal contained in the soil sample in which the abnormal lotus flowers grows,including Cu,Ni,Cd,Cr,Pb,As,Hg,etc.,were measured,and the relationship between the metal content in the soil and the forming of abnormal lotus flowers were studied.The results showed that the content of Pb in the abnormal lotus flowers reaches as high as 990 mg per 1 kg flowers,and Mn and Cd were also far beyond the standard.Conclusively,the heavy metallic element of high content may influence the bud of the lotus splitting up and may be one of the causes of twin lotus flowers on one stalk.
