都柿及都柿饮料

摘    要:都柿是我省重要的野生浆果资源,笔者利用它制成都柿汁饮料、都柿汽水和都柿混合果汁饮料.它们具有良好风味及美丽的玫瑰红色.加工过程不加人工色素.这些加工品营养价值高,其中混合果汁的的维生素A及维生素C含量是其它同类产品的20-30倍.生产上述饮料,经济效果显著高于同类产品.


BLUEBERRY AND BLUEBERRY JUICE BEVERAGE
Abstract:Blueberry is a main resource of wild berry plants growing in Heilongjiang province. Its acid berries are used to make juice, soda water and some other mixed juice beverage. These new products of blueberry have good flavour and possess very nice rose red color. So that, we have not put any artificial pigment in the manufacturing process. With regard to this subject, these products are more advantageous than that of other similar products. In addition, these products provide higher nutrition, and the mixed juice contains VA and VC 20-30 times higher than that of others. It is sufficiently profitable in the blueberry juice beverage production mentioned above.
