| 摘 要： | 按照《农药登记毒理学试验方法》（GB15670—1995）对玫烟色棒束孢菌粉进行急性经口、经皮、吸入毒性试验，眼刺激试验和致敏（皮肤变态反应）试验。结果表明，该受试物对雌雄大鼠急性经口LD50〉5000mg·kg-1；急性经皮I，D50（4h）〉2000mg·kg；雌雄大鼠急性经皮I．C50（2h）〉2000mg·m-1；对试验兔眼平均刺激指数为0；试验兔皮肤斑贴部位未出现红斑、水肿，致敏率为0％。因此，玫烟色棒束孢的急性经口毒性为微毒性，急性经皮及急性吸入毒性均属低毒性，对实验兔皮肤及眼无刺激性；致敏实验属I级弱致敏物。

| Abstract: | Toxicity test methods of pesticides for registration （GB15670--1995） were used to evaluate the acute toxicity of Isaria furnosorosea, including the oral administration, dermal administration （applied on the skin and in the eyes）, and inhalation administration with rats and rabbits. The results showed that the acute oral toxicity of Isaria fu-mosorosea for the rats was LD50 5000 mg . kg-1 , acute dermal toxicity LD50（4 h） 〉2000 mg. kg , LC20 （2 h）〉 5000 mg . m 3. No irritation action was observed in rabbit eyes, and no dermal sensitization reaction was found on the treated rabbit skin. These results indicated that the acute oral toxicity, dermal toxicity and inhalation toxicity of Isaria furnosorosea were low and it could be graded as a weak sensitizer. |
