原条量材设计的“三技能”

摘    要:量材设计是原条合理造材的关键工序。为了发展量材设计实用技术,通过分析量材设计5个阶段的技术构成,寻找出决定量材设计质量和设计水平的3个技术关键,即:原条内部缺陷的判断技能;原条同质材段的划分技能;量材设计方案的对比选优技能。研究“三技能”的技术内容和运作方法,明确原条同质材段的概念和划分原则,总结和概括出原条内部缺陷存在规律,分析归纳出原条量材设计方案的对比选优依据。

Three Practical Skills of Wood Sealing for Tree-length

Abstract:Wood-measurement is the key procedure in the production of tree-length. In order to develop the practical skills of wood-measurement, five stages of wood-measurement were presented to summarize three practical skills in the process of measuring woods including the inner defection judgment skill, the quality-based division skill, and the measurement design priority skill. Technical contents and running methods of three practical skills were researched and concept and the principles of qualitybased division were defined. Furthermore the existing rules of inner defects in tree-length and the reasolls of priority for wood-measurement design were summarized and generalized.
