摘    要:采用抚州市林业科学研究所和江西省林业科学院选育、江西省林木良种审定委员会认定的"桐优1"等3个泡桐优良无性系为繁殖材料,对无菌系建立外植体筛选、外植体诱导、分化、增殖、组培苗生根等条件进行了较系统的优化试验,结果表明:以根萌条为外植体是建立无菌系的理想材料;外植体诱导培养基以MS+BA2.0mg/L(单位下同)+NAA0.2+2,4D0.1为好;分化和增殖培养基以MS+BA3.0+IBA0.3;生根培养基以MS+IBA0.1为好。为降低育苗成本,培养基中的碳源用食用白糖(30g/L),固化物用卡拉胶(7g/L)。本试验通过优化筛选,建立了一套经济、高效的组培快速繁殖体系,为泡桐组培规模化生产奠定了良好的物质和技术基础。
