| 摘 要： | 介绍科技创新在黑龙江省公路建设中的战略地位及公路建设科技创新的现状，并对公路建设科技创新中尚存问题进行分析，同时结合科技创新方式，对如何进一步推动黑龙江省公路建设的科技创新工作作了论述，并对加强自主创新环境、科学研究、科技成果转化、社会支持、基地和队伍建设、创新成果应用等进行了研究并提出了相应建议。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the strategic importance and the present state of scientific and technological innovations in highway construction of Heilongjiang Province, and analyzed the remaining problems in technological innovation. Combing with style of the scientific and technological innovations, authors put forward some corresponding suggestions for further improving the serf-renovation environment, the scientific research, the transformation of technological achievements, the social support, the development of bases and talented people, and the innovative achievements application in highway construction in Heilongjiang Province. |
