| 摘 要： | 金溪县是江西省黄栀子的主要产地,为了保护和发展该县黄栀子地理标志性产品,创建品牌,做大做强黄栀子产业,以满足国内外市场对黄栀子药材与栀子色素的需求,2005年1月经国家林业局批准立项了"金溪县黄栀子丰产栽培与产业开发示范区"项目。通过3年多的项目实施,系统地总结了有关黄栀子的选地与整地、类型与品种选择、苗木繁育、造林技术、抚育管理、采收与加工、干果质量要求等7个方面的技术规程与质量标准。通过选择优良品种、因地制宜、科学集约经营和规范黄栀子生产等环节的技术指标,制订出金溪县黄栀子丰产栽培与产业开发的地方技术标准,这不仅为国内外市场提供了大量的符合国家和地方质量标椎的黄栀子药材和黄栀子食用色素,而且栽植黄栀子有利于改善生态环境,改良土壤,减少水土流失,增加当地农民的收入,促进地方林业经济的发展。

| Abstract: | Jinxi County is the main habitat of yellow gardenia.In order to protect and develop yellow gardenia as a geography signs product of the county,to establish brand,to make the yellow gardenia industry bigger and stronger,and to meet the demands of domestic and foreign markets on yellow gardenia as medicinal materials and gardenia pigment,the project of yellow gardenia high-yield cultivation and industrial development demonstration plot in Jinxi County,has been approved by State Forestry Administration in January,2005.The technical regulations and quality standards of ground selection and preparation,types and varieties choice,seedling breeding,forestation,tending management,harvesting and processing,dry fruit quality standard were systematically summarized based on project implemented for three years.By selecting fine varieties,adjusting measures to local conditions,scientific intensive management and standardizing technical indexes of yellow gardenia production processing,worked out local technical standards of yellow gardenia high-yield cultivation and industrial development in Jinxi County,large amounts of yellow gardenia as medicinal materials and yellow gardenia edible pigment according with national and local quality standards were provided for domestic and foreign markets.Cultivation of yellow gardenia would be benefit to improvement of ecological environment and soil,decreasing water and soil loss,increasing income of local peasant,and promoting development of local forestry economy. |
