| 摘 要： | 基于对多点成形过程的分析,推导了反复成形过程中基本体对板材的作用力分布,得到了基本体作用力与成形力矩的关系。从理论上分析成形件内部残余应力的分布,解释了反复成形法减小回弹的机理,讨论了反复成形法对成形零件质量的影响。 |

| Abstract: | Multi-point forming principle, the forming course in multi-point forming press(MPF) are introduced in this paper. Based on the analysis of the forming course in MPF, the force distribution of sheet metal exerted by the force element in the course of MPF was reasoned and the relation between force element applied on metal sheet and forming bending moment was obtained. The distribution of the residual stress inside the forming parts was analyzed theoretically and the mechanism of reducing spring-back was expounded. Affection of iteratively forming method on forming part quality was expounded. |
