摘    要:对分离自云南德宏瑞丽、潞西等地的86株含羞草植物根瘤菌株,和归属于Agrobacterium、Escherichia、Sinorhizobium、Burkholderia、Cupriavidus等属的6株已知参比菌株,进行了抗生素抗性、温度生长范围、碳氮源利用等88个表型性状研究。结果表明,该地区含羞草植物根瘤菌菌株中有15%的菌株能耐受5%的NaCl;菌株SWF67010、SWF67017的抗性较强,能耐受300μg/ml的四环素和卡那霉素以及5%的NaCl,并在4℃的条件下生长。试验数据通过MVSP4.1软件分析,得到数值分类树状图,供试菌株在78%相似水平上分为3个表观群,其中,第Ⅰ群5株未知菌株未与参比菌株聚群,第Ⅱ群3株未知菌株与中华根瘤菌属聚群,第Ⅲ群72株未知菌株与伯克霍尔德菌属聚群。

Abstract:86 strains of rhizobia were isolated from Mimosa pudica nodules collected in Dehong Ruili,Luxi of Yunnan Province and 6 known species of Agrobacterium,Escherichia,Sinorhizobium,Burkholderia,Cupriavidus,uses of antibiotic resistance,temperature use,nutrient utilization Etc.by performing numerical analysis of 88 phenotypic feature.The results showed that 15% of the strains could tolerate 5% NaCl.Strain SWF67010,SWF67017 were able to withstand the test 300 μg/ml tetracycline and kanamycin,5% NaCl and 4 ℃ under the conditions of growth.Through the MVSP software analysis,obtaining numerical taxonomy tree,it was found that tested strains were divided into three apparent groups at 78% similarity level.The first group of 5 unknown strains was not with the reference strains of clusters,the second groups of 3 unknown strains clustered with Sinorhizobium melitoti USDA1002T,the third group of 72 unknown strains were grouped with Burkholderia cluster.
