核子水分-密度仪现场标定试验

摘    要:核子水分——密度仪是快速无损检测新设备,当前现场标定的误差校正方法有时偏差非常大,影响仪器的正常使用。针对现场标定中存在的问题,根据现场标定试验成果,采用数值分析方法,提出了几种适合校正砂土材料的分段偏差校正法、二次曲线法、二次曲面法以及线性校正法等误差校正方法,并通过对比分析,提出了最优校正方法。

Abstract:Nuclear moisture-density meter is a new kind of quick and no-damage instrument. Currently, its field calibration has great errors therefore its normal application is affected. Aiming at the problems existing in the field calibration, and according to the experimental results of field calibration, numerical analysis method is adopted. Several error revision methods such as subsection, conic, conicoid, and linear method and so on, are proposed, which are suited for sand and soil material. And, the best calibration method is presented through contrast and comparison among the methods.
