美国玉米种质改良系主要数量性状配合力分析

摘    要:按不完全双列杂交(8×4)设计,对8个美国玉米种质改良系的株高、穗位、穗粒质量等9个主要数量性状的配合力及其遗传参数进行分析。结果表明,自交系20125、41151、41161是比较优良玉米自交系,可直接利用。在育种实践中,株高、穗位和穗行数3个性状宜做早代选择,而其他性状不宜早代选择。

Abstract:Using 8×4 incomplete diallel cross design,the combining ability and corresponding genetic parameters of 9 characters of 8 maize inbred lines were analyzed.The results showed that the inbred line 20125,41151 and 41161 have higher common combining ability and could be used directly.The analysis of genetic parameters indicated that plant height,ear location height and kernel rows per ear should be considered selection in earlier generation.
