摘    要:选取2008年的2 119份土壤样品和烤烟样品,分别测定土壤有机质含量和烟叶13个主要化学成分指标以及15个感官评吸指标,分析不同有机质水平下烤烟主要化学成分和感官评吸品质的变化,并模拟土壤有机质含量与烤烟主要内在品质指标间的回归方程。结果表明,随着土壤有机质含量的增加,烟叶总糖、还原糖、石油醚提取物和淀粉等含量递减,而总氮、烟碱和钾含量以及香气品质、评吸总分等均增加,且部分指标在高、低有机质含量组间的差异达0.05显著水平;土壤有机质与烤烟总糖、还原糖、淀粉和石油醚提取物等11个指标呈负相关,而与烤烟总氮、烟碱、钾以及感官评吸等22个指标呈正相关;烤烟烟碱、钾、香气量、评吸总分与土壤有机质的回归可用二次曲线模拟,适宜的土壤有机质含量有助于提高烟叶整体品质。
