新疆沙雅县3个枣品种果实品质比较分析

摘    要:以新疆沙雅县栽植的灰枣、骏枣和赞皇大枣3个枣品种的枣果为试材,比较品种间枣果营养成分的差异,以期为该地区枣产业发展和品种选择提供参考。在枣果成熟期,选择3个枣品种栽培管理条件基本一致的同龄枣园,在每个枣园随机采集50粒枣果,自然晾干测定其营养成分。测定结果显示,3个枣品种间总糖含量差异不大,其中赞皇大枣中黄酮和Vc含量相对较高;灰枣的矿物元素的含量相对较高。同时比较了灰枣和骏枣与其原产地枣果的营养品质,结果显示沙雅县灰枣营养物质含量均高于其原产地。沙雅县枣品种间营养物质含量的差异,显示不同枣品种在商品化生产中具有不同的发展潜力,对灰枣和骏枣同原产地枣果的养分含量比较结果显示,沙雅县的生态土壤环境更有利于灰枣中各种营养物质含量的积累。
