| 摘 要： | 利用常规石蜡切片技术对淇河鲫的消化道组织结构进行了观察,并比较了消化道各段的变化规律.结果表明,淇河鲫胃较为明显,食管、胃以及肠管均由黏膜层、黏膜下层、肌层和浆膜层4层组成,其中消化道除食管外,各段落黏膜层均由黏膜上皮,固有层和黏膜肌层组成.肌层由环肌和纵肌2层构成,且环肌最为发达.胃部的皱襞最多,肠段的驶襞由前肠到后肠逐渐减少,皱襞高度从食管到后肠有逐渐降低的趋势,且肌层厚度从食管到后肠逐渐变薄.

| Abstract: | The histological structure of digestive tract and change tendency from esophagus to hindgut of Qihe crucian carp.were observed by the common paraffin section technique.The results showed that the stomach of Qihe crucian carp was fairly obvious,and that the esophagus,stomach and intestine tract were all composed of mucosa,submucosa,muscular layer and serosa.Except esophagus in the digestive tract,every segment was made up of mucosae epithelium,lamina propria and muscularis mucosae.The muscular layer is compo... |
