核桃无根试管苗嫁接影响因素的研究

摘    要:核桃无根试管苗嫁接是以核桃无根试管苗为接穗,以核桃种子萌发不久的幼苗为砧木进行嫁接繁殖的方法。对不同基因型、砧木苗龄、炼苗方式、生长调节物质等4个影响核桃无根试管苗嫁接的主要因素进行了研究。结果表明,最高嫁接成活率达90%,大田移栽成活率达95%以上,从而使核桃工厂化育苗成为可能。

Abstract:Walnut microshoot grafting is a technique using walnut seedlings as rootstocks and shoots in vitro as scions to propagate grafted walnut plantlets.Experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of genotype,age of seedlings,ways of hardening off and the treatment of plant growth regulators.The results showed that the best grafting survival rate reached 90% and transplanted survival rate was over 95%.In this way,we can realize the rapid propagation of walnut.
