果树修剪枝条共混成型颗粒燃料燃烧性能与动力学分析

摘    要:为了有效利用陕西省每年产出的大量果树修剪枝条类生物质,从储运性能角度将其制备成为共混成型颗粒燃料,并优选出两种共混成型配方。从燃烧性能角度对两种配方及其相关样品进行研究,通过热重分析和动力学分析,得到了所选初级原料、次级原料和添加剂对共混成型颗粒燃料燃烧性能的影响规律,并挑选出最优配方(80目枣枝56%+枣枝炭37%+椰糠7%)。该研究可为共混成型颗粒燃料配方参数优化及综合品质提升提供相应的理论和试验参考。

Combustion Performance and Kinetic Analysis of Co-densified Pellet Fuel Produced from Pruned Fruit Tree Branches

Abstract:In order to effectively utilize a large number of pruned fruit tree branches produced every year in Shaanxi Province, it was prepared into a co-densified pellet fuel from point of storage and transportation performance, and two co-densified formulations were optimized. Two formulations and their related samples were further studied from point of combustion performance. Through thermogravimetric analysis and kinetic analysis, influence rules of selected primary raw materials, secondary raw materials and additives on combustion performance of co-densified pellet fuel were obtained. The optimal formula was selected, which was 80 mesh jujube branch(56%)+ jujube branch charcoal(37%)+ coco coir(7%). This study could provide theoretical and experimental references for optimization of formulation parameters of co-densified pellet fuel, as well as improvement of comprehensive quality.
