汽油HCCI发动机HCCI/SI模式过渡控制的研究

摘    要:由于HCCI燃烧不能覆盖发动机全部工况,因此一台实用的发动机必须具有HCCI/SI模式过渡的功能。针对目前开发的进排气门升程和相位均独立连续调整的汽油HCCI发动机模式过渡的需要,开发了基于CAN总线分布式的HCCI汽油机控制系统,在此基础上对HCCI/SI模式过渡控制进行详细地研究,本文详细地介绍了其结构及其控制策略。由于该控制系统采用自适应PID策略控制进排气门升程和相位,神经网络预测模式过渡中的发动机进气量。实验结果表明:该控制系统解决了HCCI模式过渡中的进排气门升程、相位和空燃比的控制问题,通过细化气门参数能较好地管理混合放热率型线,满足HCCI/SI模式动态平滑过渡的控制需求。

Abstract:Gasoline HCCI engine must have the function of HCCI/SI mode transition because HCCI combustion can't cover the entire vehicle operating range.Distributed control system based on CAN bus was developed for HCCI/SI mode transition experiments of HCCI/SI dual mode gasoline engine.The engine was equipped with independent regulation of inlet &exhaust valve timing and lift.So the complexity of HCCI engine mode transition's control system was reduced because of distributed design.HCCI/SI mode transition Control was studied detailedly by using the control system.This paper introduced the structure and control strategy of control system.Because of adopting self-adaptive PID control strategy for inlet & exhaust valve timing and lift and neural Networks forecasting inlet flow.Experiment results show that:control system solve the control problem of inlet valve timing & lifts,exhaust valve timing & lift and air/fuel ratio in mode transition.It can meet for the need of dynamic,smoothness mode transition by managing hybrid heat release.
