| 摘 要： | 农户是农业生产的主体，其行为对农业自然资源的高效和可持续利用有着至关重要的作用。我国农村自然、经济、社会要素结构的独特性在一定程度上决定了农户行为的特殊性。论文以安徽省歙县为例．探讨了耕地稀缺地区农户资源利用行为的基本特征。结果表明，受人地关系的制约，该类地区农户的资源利用行为特点表现为：追求粮油等生活必需品的最大可能保障率；以获取净产值作为资源利用的主要经济目标；根据劳动力边际净产值确定经济作物的利用规模；从经济效益出发安排生态型作物的生产。

| Abstract: | Farmers are the main body of agricultural production,and peasant households' behavior is(vital) to high-efficient and sustainable utilization of agricultural resources.The distinctive structure of rural natural-economic-social elements determines to some degree the uniqueness of peasant households' behavior in China.Firstly,the paper builds up the decision-making model of farmers' behavior in the utilization of resources.Then,taking Shexian County as the example,the paper probes into the general characteristics of peasant households' behavior in the utilization process of natural resources in plowland-scarcity regions.The research shows that under the restriction of tense human-land relationship,peasant households' behavior in this kind of regions displays the following characteristics: to pursuit the maximum possible self-support rate of necessities such as grain and edible oil;to take the net output value as the main economic goal of resources(utilization);to determine the utilizing scale of different cash crops according to the marginal net labor output(value);to allocate the production of ecological crops on the basis of benefits. |
