| 摘 要： | 使用抗生素替代品是实现我国兽用抗菌药减量化目标的重要途径，也是实现我国畜牧业绿色可持续发展的重要组成部分。本文基于对河南省4市11县的298户肉牛养殖户的调研数据，运用二元logit模型对肉牛养殖户使用抗生素替代品意愿进行实证分析，结果表明：养殖户文化水平、养殖年限、组织情况、养殖规模、政府监督、政府补贴、政府惩罚、健康风险认知、替抗品认知均显著影响养殖户的使用抗生素替代品的选择意愿。据此，本研究提出相关建议对策。

| Abstract: | The use of antibiotic substitutes is an important way to achieve the goal of reducingveterinary antibiotics in China, and it is also an important part of realizing the green and sustainable development of animal husbandry in China. Based on the investigation data of 298 beef cattle farmers in 4 cities and 11 counties in Henan Province, this paper makes an empirical analysis on beef cattle farmers'' willingness to use antibiotic substitutes by using binary logit model. The results show that farmers'' cultural level, breeding years, organization, breeding scale, government supervision, government subsidies, government punishment, health risk perception and resistance perception all significantly affect farmers'' willingness to use antibiotic substitutes. Accordingly, this study puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures. |
