摘    要:以早、中、晚熟9种西瓜种质资源为材料,研究了葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖等主要可溶性糖的积累规律。结果表明:9种种质资源的葡萄糖和果糖含量变化均呈“S”型,同时早熟种质资源的蔗糖也呈“S”型变化,而中熟和晚熟种质资源的蔗糖含量一直呈上升趋势直至成熟。早熟种质资源在果实成熟时主要的可溶性糖是葡萄糖和果糖;中熟和晚熟种质资源在果实成熟时的主要可溶性糖是蔗糖。

Abstract:Studied on accumulation of main soluble sugar,glucose,fructose and sucrose in nine different(early-maturing,middle-maturing and late-maturing) watermelon germplasm.The results indicated: the changes of the glucose and fructose content appear "S",so does the sucrose of early-maturing watermelon germplasm,while the sucrose content of middle-maturing and late-maturing watermelon germplasm increased gradually until maturity.The glucose and fructose of early-maturing watermelon germplasm became the main ingredient of soluble sugar on fruit maturity;while the sucrose of middle-maturing and late-maturing watermelon germplasm was the main ingredient of soluble sugar on fruit maturity.
