| 摘 要： | 在论述城市住宅区优化布局的目标和策略的基础上,针对益阳市地价空间分布的特点,对益阳市城区住宅区布局的方案进行了大型住宅区布局方案、生态型住宅区布局方案、空间战略导向型布局方案和商住混合型住宅区布局方案的具体设计。并遵循“经济至上、生态优先、布局协调”的基本原则,对上述各布局方案进行空间优化,提出了益阳市城区住宅布局总体建议方案。

| Abstract: | On the basis of objective and strategy of optimization scheme on residential area in city,aiming at the feature of spatial distribution,the study concretely analyses the schemes on layouts of large,ecotype,spatial expansion leading type and commercial and residential mixed residential areas in Yiyang City.Following the basic principles of economic supremacy,ecological priority and layout coordination,it makes space optimization on all layout schemes and puts forward some suggestions of total construction schemes of residential area layout in Yiyang City. |
