摘    要:利用人工接种技术,探讨了12份水稻材料对11个不同来源的稻曲病病菌抗性反应变化。结果表明:同一供试水稻品种对不同来源菌株的抗性反应存在一定差异,同一供试菌株对不同供试水稻品种的抗性反应也存在一定差异。这说明不同水稻品种与稻曲病菌株之间存在亲和性互作特性。同时,利用水稻头季稻和再生稻连续进行人工接种技术,建立了水稻稻曲病抗性的鉴定和评价体系,可大大缩短抗性鉴定周期。

Abstract:The variations of resistant reactions of 12 rice varieties to 11 different sources of rice false smut strains were preliminarily displayed via artificial injection inoculation.The results showed that certain differences were observed among resistant reactions of the same rice variety to different sources of rice false smut strains,and there were also some differences among resistant reactions of different rice varieties to the same rice false smut strain.Therefore,there are compatible interaction characteristics showed among different rice varieties and rice false smut strains.Meanwhile,using the first-season rice and the ratoon rice to conduct continue artificial inoculation,and the identification and evaluation system for rice against rice false smut strain was established,which sharply shortened identification period for resistance of rice.
