甘蓝型杂交油菜沣油5103制种技术研究

摘    要:通过田间试验,建立了甘蓝型杂交油菜沣油5103在陕南地区制种技术体系,提出了该品种制种高产保纯技术措施.制种要点为在严格隔离条件下,选择良好的制种基地,去杂除劣,通过打苔调节父、母本花期,采用化学杀雄控制早期微粉,有效提高制种纯度.最后有针对性地提出了病虫草害的防除技术以及提高制种产量的相关措施.

Abstract:The seed production technology system for Fengyou 5130 in southern Shanxi area was established through field experiment,and some measures for high-yield and keeping purity were also proposed.The key points for seed production are as follows: under strict isolating conditions,selecting fine seed production base,removing bad seeds,effectively enhancing purity of produced seed through adjusting florescence of parents by topping and controlling micro-pollen in the early period by chemical emasculate.In the end,the control technology for disease,insect pest and weeds and the measures for enhancing yield of seed production were put forward.
