摘    要:以湖南省宁乡县为例,采用层次分析法对县域可持续发展能力进行了研究。结果表明:宁乡县2009年可持续发展度为0.421 8,达到可持续发展的初级阶段。《宁乡县生态县建设规划(2010年~2020年)》实施以后,宁乡县的可持续发展度在2013、2015、2020年将分别达到0.652 2、0.750 1、0.911 1,将由可持续发展的初级阶段,逐步过渡到可持续发展的成熟阶段,最后达到可持续发展的完善阶段,促进整个经济社会和谐发展。

Abstract:Taking Ningxiang County of Hunan Province as example to study county-level capacity of sustainable development by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The results showed that the degree of sustainable development for Ningxiang County was 0.421 8 in 2009,which means that Ningxiang County was at the initial stage of sustainable development.After proper implementation of the ecological county construction plan from 2010 to 2020 in Ningxiang,the degree of sustainable development would reach 0.652 2 in 2013,0.750 1 in 2015 and 0.911 1 in 2020,indicating that Ningxiang County would make transition from the initial sustainable development stage to the mature sustainable development stage,and finally would reach the perfect sustainable development stage.This plan would promote the harmonious development for overall economy and society.
