隆回县食用百合鳞茎腐烂病菌生物学特性及室内防治药剂筛选

摘    要:对隆回县食用百合鳞茎腐烂病病原菌——尖孢镰刀菌百合专化型的生物学特性研究表明:该病菌最适菌丝生长温度为28℃,最适产孢温度为34℃;最适菌丝生长pH值为5,最适产孢pH值为6;孢子交替光照处理下最利于菌丝生长和孢子产生;在52℃下处理10 min能全部致死;菌丝生长及产孢的最适碳源为果糖;而最适菌丝生长和最利于孢子产生的氮源不同,分别为天冬氨酸和硝酸钾。室内抑菌试验结果显示,12.5%烯唑醇WP、10%苯醚甲环唑WG、腈菌.福美双WP、5%己唑醇ME、3%中生菌素WP抑制病菌菌丝生长效果最好。

Abstract:In this paper,the biological characteristics of pathogen(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.lilii) of edible lily rulb rot were studied.The results showed that the optimum temperature for mycelial growth and conidial production were 28℃ and 34℃.The optimum pH for mycelial growth and conidial production were 5 and 6.The optimal condition was spores alternating light treating for mycelial growth and conidial production.The lethal temperature of conidial was 52℃ for 10 min.The optimum carbon source was fructose for the mycelial growth and conidial production.The optimum nitrogen source were D-Aspartic acid and KNO3 for the mycelial growth and conidial production respectively.The results of laboratory antibacterial test showed that 12.5% diniconazole WP,10% difenoconazole WG,Myclobutanil oThirm WP,5% hexaconazole ME and 3% zhongsheng mycin WP had the best effect on inhibition against the fungus.
