阿维菌素在柑橘园中的消解动态研究

摘    要:为了解阿维菌素农药在柑橘园中使用的安全性,借助高效液相色谱检测技术,在田间试验和添加回收试验的基础上检测了阿维菌素在柑橘园中的消解动态。结果表明:当阿维菌素的添加浓度在0.01~1.00 mg/kg时,阿维菌素在柑橘全果、果皮、果肉及柑橘园土壤中的平均添加回收率为82.65%~98.99%,相对标准偏差为1.93%~8.56%;阿维菌素在柑橘全果中的半衰期为3.93~4.53 d,平均为4.09 d,在柑橘园土壤中则为6.22d~7.15 d,平均为6.64 d。试验表明阿维菌素农药在柑橘园中应用属较易降解农药。

Abstract:In order to understand the safety of avermectin in citrus orchard,the degradation rules of avermectin in citrus orchard were studied by using HPLC based on field experiment and recovery experiment.The results showed that the average recovery rate of avermectins in all fruit,pericarp and pulp of citrus and soil in citrus orchard ranged from 82.65% to 98.99% with the relative standard deviations of 1.93%~8.56% when adding concentration of avermectins was 0.01~1.00 mg/kg;the half life of avermectins in all fruit of citrus and in soil of citrus orchard was 3.93~4.53 days(average 4.09 days) and 6.22~7.15 days(average 6.64 days).Therefore,the avermectins is an easily degradable pesticide for citrus orchard.
