湖南生猪市场价格风险评价的实证分析

摘    要:选择生猪供求比率、生猪价格波动率、猪粮价格比、仔猪与白条肉价格比、合同违约率、政策的满意度等指标评价生猪市场风险,建立数学模型,计算生猪市场风险总指数,并利用2 000~2 010年的有关数据,对湖南生猪市场风险进行了实证分析,探讨评价生猪市场风险的科学方法,为生猪市场风险的有效管理提供科学的量化依据。

Abstract:The ratio of supply to demand,market price fluctuation rate,ratio of pig price to food price,ratio of pig price to carcass meat price,contract breaking rate and policy’s satisfaction were chosen as indexes to evaluate the market price risks for live pigs in China,and then a mathematic model was established to calculate total index of market risks for live pigs.Meanwhile,the related data from 2000 to 2010 were used to conduct empirical analysis on the price risks of live pig market in Hunan Province in order to explore a scientific method for evaluating market price risk of the live pigs and provide scientific and quantitative basis for effective management of market risk of live pigs.
