枯草芽孢杆菌WH-5的分离鉴定及净水研究

摘    要:从湖南长沙淡水养殖场取得水样和底泥,通过富集分离得到一株高效降解有机物的芽孢杆菌,通过形态学、生理生化特征及16sRNA测序,结果表明该菌株是枯草芽孢杆菌。在实验室条件下,枯草芽孢杆菌WH-5对COD、氨氮、亚硝酸盐、硫化物的去除率分别是:88.01%、80.89%、61.72%、47.19%。在鱼塘的应用试验中,对COD、氨氮、亚硝酸盐、硫化物的去除率分别是:51.16%、75.54%、78.21%、71.42%,枯草芽孢杆菌WH-5能够有效的改善淡水养殖水体的水质。

Abstract:The samples of water and soil were got from the freshwater fish farm in Changsha,and a strain of Bacillaceae,which can degrade organic compounds efficiently,was isolated through enrichment culture of the samples.According to the characteristics of morphology,physiology and biochemistry and 16S rRNA sequencing result,this strain was identified as Bacillus subtilis and named as Bacillus subtilis WH-5.Under laboratory conditions,the removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen,nitrite and sulfide by Bacillus subtilis WH-5 were 88.01%,80.89%,61.72% and 47.19%,respectively.Under the fish pond conditions,the removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen,nitrite and sulfide by Bacillus subtilis WH-5 were 51.16%,75.54%,78.21% and 71.42%,respectively.Therefore,Bacillus subtilis WH-5 can effectively improve the quality of water in freshwater aquacultural pond.
