转基因抗虫棉施肥技术研究

摘    要:采取施基肥、追肥和叶面喷肥的方法,对转基因抗虫棉的施肥技术进行了研究。结果表明:重施基肥、早施追肥、增施钾肥、叶面喷肥是转基因抗虫棉施肥技术的核心。重施基肥,增施钾肥,氮、磷、钾合理配施对转基因抗虫棉前期弱生长势的快速转化具有重要作用,干物质积累比对照提高15%~20%,皮棉增产8.4%~19.o%;追肥以初花期为宜,分别比盛蕾期和盛花期追肥增产7.1%和14.8%;叶面喷施KH:PO4及与尿素和硼肥的混合液2~3次,能明显减轻后期早衰,增产明显。

Abstract:The experiment of fertilizer application technique was done.The result showed that the key technique which could increased output and lint yield by 15%~20%and 8.4%~19.0% was to apply much more fertilizer before sowing,to increase potassium and to use nitrogen,phosphate and potassium in the optimum proportion.The optimum period of topdressing was the early flowering period in which the yield increased by 7.1% and 14.8% than it was used in boll and flowering period,the ingredient with KH2PO4,CO(NH2)2 and B sprayed for 2~3 times could prevent cotton from early death.
