摘    要:研究了用60 Coγ射线辐照姬松茸孢子对其产生子实体脂肪酸变化的影响。结果表明 :用剂量 0 2~ 0 5kGy辐照能提高多不饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸含量 ,随着剂量的增大 ,多不饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸含量明显下降。

Abstract:The effect of 60 Co γ ray irradiation to Agricus bazei on the fatty acid content of their fruitbodies was studied. The results showed that low dose(0 2~0 5kGy) irradiation could improve the content of PUSFA and USFA fatty acids.The content of PUSFA and USFA fatty acid decreased with the increase of irradiation dose.
