| 摘 要： | 公民的危机意识淡薄,缺乏应对危机的基本技能,公共危机教育内容陈旧、方法落后,缺乏专职教育人员是我国公共危机教育缺失的主要原因。实施公共危机教育应充分发挥学校、媒体及社会组织的作用。

| Abstract: | Because citizens' crisis consciousness is weak,they are lack of basic skills to coe with crisis.,the content and method of public crisis education are old and we have no social staff,our country public crisis education is not perfect.To carry out public crisis education,we should exert function of shools and media and social organizations completely. |
