| 摘 要： | 采用裂解、离心等抽提方法提取西施舌胃组织蛋白样品，利用bradford蛋白定量试剂盒作蛋白定量后，进行双向凝胶电泳。电泳后的凝胶采用考马斯亮蓝染色过夜，利用ImageScannerⅢ扫描仪扫描凝胶，获得凝胶图像，首次构建了西施舌胃组织蛋白的双向电泳图谱。结果显示：西施舌胃组织蛋白点主要分布在pH4～7，大部分蛋白为酸性蛋白，其中部分蛋白为高分度蛋白，在高pH区，蛋白分布相对较少。

| Abstract: | Through these methods such as lysis and centrifugal separation and so on, Coelomactra antiquata stomach protein samples were extracted, using Bradford protein quantitative kit to analyze protein content, after two-dimensional electrophoresis, the protein map was stained using coomassie brilliant blue and scanned using ImageScanuer III; finally, the two-dimensional electrophoresis map of Coelomactra antiquata stomach proteome was firstly established. The result showed that most protein spots were distributed in pH 4-7, major protein spots are acidic proteins, some of acidic proteins belong to high abundance proteins, proteins are low in high pH region. |
