| 摘 要： | 利用PCR-SSCP技术对石歧杂鸡的催乳素(prolactin,PRL)基因外显子2进行SNP检测和测序分析,并对该基因与石歧杂鸡产蛋、就巢性状的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,PRL基因外显子2存在多态性位点,该位点由于在3838位点发生C→T的碱基突变,产生了AA、AB和BB3种基因型,并导致氨基酸的改变,由亮氨酸变为苯丙氨酸。基因型AA和等位基因A的频率最高;BB基因型个体首次就巢时间显著晚于AA和AB基因型(P0.01);BB基因型的就巢次数显著多于AA和AB基因型(P0.05);3种基因型与产蛋性状相关性不显著。

| Abstract: | Exon 2 of prolactin gene were detected by PCR-SSCP and the DNA fragments were sequenced.The correlation analysis between the polymorphism of the exon 2 and egg-laying and broodiness traits were carried out respectively.The results indicated that there were two polymorphic sites in exon 2.A C/T mutation at the position of the 3838 bp was found,which resulted in 3 genotypes(AA,AB and BB).Furthermore,an amino acid changed from Leucine to Phenylalanine.The frequencies of genotype AA and allele A were the highes... |
