| Abstract: | The gap between the rich and the poor is reality which any country would encounter in their economic development process,and it 's an inevitable outcome of the operation of the entire socio-economic.There are many reasons:the first,the initial distribution can not really implement the principle of distribution according to work as the main;the second,the facility redistribution policy widened the gap between people's income further;the third,the existence of the black income aggravated the injustice in income distribution. |
