超声波提取葡萄梗中单宁的研究

摘    要:目的]探索从葡萄梗中提取单宁的有效方法。方法]采用超声波法提取葡萄梗中单宁,并通过单因素及正交试验探讨超声波提取葡萄梗中单宁的最佳工艺条件。结果]最佳提取条件为超声温度60℃,超声功率60 W,超声时间20 min,超声频率40 kHz。结论]超声波提取单宁时间短,效率较高,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective] The objective of the research was to explore the effective method of extracting tannin from grape stems.Method] Tannin was obtained from the grape stems by the method of ultrasonic wave.The optimum extraction condition was investigated by single factors and orthogonal analysis experiments.Result]The optimum extracting condition was the supersonic temperature of 60 ℃,the supersonic power of 60 W,the supersonic time of 20 minutes,the supersonic frequency of 40 kHz.Conclusion]Extracting tannin by ultrasonic wave method had advantages of shorter extraction time and higher extraction efficiency,which had broad application foreground.
