| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆与公共图书馆建立扶助关系是高校图书馆应尽的义务和义不容辞的责任。西部高校图书馆应该借鉴有关的先进经验,加强对公共图书馆的扶持。一是要努力促进西部高校图书馆信息服务社会化,二是要加强与公共图书馆的信息资源共建共享,三是要通过学术支持和学术指导为公共图书馆提供智力支持,四是要以继续教育为中心,为公共图书馆提供人才支持。
