小麦赤霉病的生物防治研究 Ⅰ.拮抗芽孢杆菌的分离、筛选、鉴定和防病效果

摘    要:从小麦叶片和穗部分离、筛选出对小麦赤霉病菌(Fusariumgraminearum)有很强拮抗作用的芽孢杆菌菌株B4、B6,经室内离体叶、穗防效测定和田间小区防效试验,二菌株对小麦赤霉病有较好防效,与清水对照相比,相对防效达684%、689%,接近多菌灵的防效(704%)。对B4、B6菌株进行形态和生理生化特征的分类鉴定,二菌株均为枯草芽孢菌(Bacilussubtilis)

Abstract:Biocontral agents of Bacillus spp. were isolated from the leaves and ears of wheat in different area. 300 isolates of Bacillus spp. were obtained and assayed for the antagonistic activity against Fusarium graminearium by agar-plate technique. Nine isolates presented the antagonistic activity (14 2~30 6mm inhibition zone). Two isolates B4, B6 with strong antagonistic activity were selected for further investigation in detail. The disease suppressing ability of B4, B6 strain was tested on detached-leaves and heads of wheat and in field plot exepriments by spraying suspenssion of B4, B6 before inoculation with conidia of F.graminearum. The results obtained from bioassay expriements show that the strain B4, B6 effectively controlled head blight caused by the pathogen. The effecacy of the two strains were 68 4% and 68 9% disease suppression sepratly, and very close to the control effecacy of Bavisitin fungicid (70 4% disease suppression). Strain B4, B6 appears to have excellent potential as biocontrol agents. Two strains were identified as Bacillus Sutilis species on the basis standard bacteria tests.
