| Abstract: | Rural Special Technology Association (RSTA) has played a huge role in building new socialist countryside. In view of the current situation, experience and problems existed in Agricultural Cooperative Economic Organizations, The author proposes long-term mechanism for RSTA: Deepening understanding,and improving guide; Standardizing management, and perfecting the management system; Promoting intercommunication, and pullulating together; Reorganizing advantageous resources, and setting a good example. |
