TritonX-100缓解水分胁迫对蝴蝶兰切花的影响

摘    要:以蝴蝶兰切花为材料,研究聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(TritonX-100)预处理缓解水分胁迫对切花的影响。结果表明:体积分数0.01%TritonX-100预处理1h能有效地缓解短期水分胁迫对蝴蝶兰切花水分代谢、活性氧代谢的影响,从而使切花瓶插寿命接近正常水平。

Abstract:The mechanism and the effect of tritonX-100 pretreament on water stress in cut Phalaenopsis amabilis was studied. The result showed that pretreament with 0.01% tritonX-100for 1h before water stress, could effectively reduce the effect of water stress on water metabolism and active oxygen metabolism of. Senescence of cut Phalanenopsos amabilis was delayed and the vase life was prolonged.
