烟草小孢子发生发育过程研究

摘    要:采用卡宝品红染色压片法对黄花烟草(Nicotiana rustica)、栽培烟草(Nicotiana tabacum L.Var.K326)和残波烟草(Nicotiana repanda)的小孢子发生发育过程进行研究。结果表明:黄花烟草、栽培烟草K326及残波烟草小孢子发生和发育过程的胞质分裂皆为同时型,四分体有十字交叉型、正四面体型和左右对称型3种构型,成熟花粉粒为2细胞型。3种烟草小孢子发生发育过程基本正常,但不同程度地出现了减数分裂异常现象,如同一花药内小孢子发育不同步以及同一细胞内染色体步调不一致、染色体桥、染色体落后、微核等。

Abstract:The microsporogenesis and development of male gametophyte of Nicotiana rustica, Nicotiana tabacum L. Var. K326 and Nicotiana repanda were observed via light microscopy after staining with carbolfuchs. Results showed that : meiosis in microspore was simultaneous cytokinesis in the development of male gametophyte of Nicotiana tabacum L. Var. K326, Nicotiana rustica and Nicotiana repanda. Cytokinesis at meiosis of microspore mother cells was simultaneous and tetrads were mostly decussate, tetrahedral and isobilateral. The mature pollens belong to 2 cells type. Microsporogenesis and development of male gametophyte of different tobacco are in common with those of others. However, the phases of meiosis of microspore mother cells in some cultivars developed abnormally in the same microsporangium to some extent. The chromosomes were out of step in the same cell, with laggard chromosomes, chromosome bridges or micronucleus.
