延胡索2种炮制品煎液中的生物碱含量测定

摘    要:目的]为延胡索的炮制及其饮片质量控制提供理论依据。方法]采用酸碱滴定法和电位滴定法分别测定延胡索生品及其2种炮制品的水煎液的总生物碱含量,并时测定结果进行分析比较。结果]酸碱滴定法测定的延胡索生品样品液的总生物碱含量的平均值为0.1147%;醋制延胡索的平均值为0.1913%;米泔水制延胡索的平均值为0.2409%;生品、醋制和米泔水制延胡索的平均回收率分别为101.24%、100.96%和101.58%,惑D分别为3.5l%、3.51%和3.53%。电位滴定法测定的延胡索生品样品液的总生物碱含量的平均值为0.1295%;醋制延胡索的平均值为0.2076%;米泔水制延胡索的平均值为0.7279%;生品、醋制和米泔水制延胡索的平均回收率分别为94.58%、96.59%和97.61%,RSD分别为1.78%、1.77%和1.74%。结论]炮制能提高延胡索水煎液中总生物碱的含量,米泔水制优于醋制.电位滴定法更适合其总生物碱含量的测定。

Determination on the Content of Alkaloid in the Decoction Solutions of Two Differently Processed Products of Corydalis yanhusuo

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to provide theoretical basis for processing Corydalis yanhusuo and controlling the quality of its prepared slices.Method] The contents of total alkaloid in the water decoctions of C.yanhusuo and its two differently processed products were determined by acid-base titration and potentiometri titration resp.and their determination results were analyzed and compared.Result] The determination by acid-base titration showed that the average contents of total alkaloid in the sample solution of C.yanhusuo and its processed products by vinegar and rice water was 0.114 7%,0.191 3% and 0.240 9% resp.,their mean recoveries were 101.24%,100.96% and 101.58% resp.and their RSD were 3.51%,3.51% and 3.53% resp.The determination by potentiometri titration showed that the average contents of total alkaloid in the sample solution of C.yanhusuo and its processed products by vinegar and rice water was 0.129 5%,0.207 6% and 0.727 9% resp.,their mean recoveries were 94.58%,96.59% and 97.61% resp.and their RSD were 1.78%,1.77% and 1.74% resp.Conclusion] The contents of total alkaloid in the water decoctions of C.yanhusuo could be increased by processing.Processing by rice water was better than processing by vinegar and the potentiometri titration was more suitable for determining its content of total alkaloid.
