摘    要:选取玉米和水稻秸秆为供试材料,采用室内模拟的方法,研究了秸秆还田对土壤呼吸强度及土壤团聚体有机碳分布的影响。结果表明:玉米和水稻秸秆添加能够显著增强土壤呼吸作用,且秸秆添加量越大,土壤的呼吸强度越高,CO2的累积释放量越大。在秸秆添加培养处理的0~180d,秸秆对于土壤中较大的稳定性团聚体的形成并无促进作用。随着培养时间的增加,添加秸秆处理后土壤中团聚体开始由小团聚体向大团聚体团聚,但秸秆添加量过高(>7.5%)会对团聚体的形成有一定的抑制作用。在未添加秸秆条件下,土壤有机碳从大团聚体中向微团聚体中转移。秸秆添加能够有效增加大团聚体中土壤有机碳含量,且秸秆添加量越大,大团聚体中有机碳含量越高。在培养的0~270d,水稻秸秆添加处理中土壤有机碳含量显著增加,但培养270d后,玉米秸秆作用效果强于水稻秸秆。

Abstract:Maize and rice straws were selected as target materials and a cultivating experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of straw returning on soil respiration intensity and soil aggregate organic carbon distribution in Brown Earth.The results showed that maize and rice straws addition could significantly increase the soil respiration,and the soil respiration intensity and the cumulative release of CO2 increased with the amount of straw addition in soil.Before the 180 days of the cultivating experiment,straw addition had no significant effect on the formation of larger soil stable aggregates with the increase of incubation time.Small aggregate formed large aggregate after straw addition.However,the straw addition would inhibited the formation of soil aggregates when the amount of straw addition exceed 7.5%.In control treatment,soil organic carbon transferred from large aggregates to micro aggregates.The soil organic carbon (SOC) content increased in the large soil aggregate after maize and rice straw were added,and SOC increased with the increased amount of straw additon in soil.In the early stage of the cultivating experiment,rice straw significantly increased the SOC in soil.After 270 days of cultivation,the promoting effect was more noticeable in maize straw addition treatment than that of the rice straw treatment.
