S──3307对水稻秧苗的控长促蘖效应及作用机理的研究

摘    要:本文报导S-3307浸种对水稻秧苗的控长促蘖效应,及其对秧苗解剖结构和内源激素的影响。(1)10~400(ug/ml)的S-3307溶液浸种对水稻幼苗均有不同程度的控长效应,控长程度随浓度的增加而增加;对分蘖也均有不同程度的促进,但以100(ug/ml)和200(ug/ml)两种浓度为佳。(2)S-3307提高水稻秧苗体内CTK含量和CTK/LAA比例,这是其促进水稻分蘖的原因。(3)组织解剖切片的研究表明:S-3307处理的秧苗,根和叶鞘的细胞横向扩大,纵向缩短。

Studies on the Effect of S-3307 on the Growth and Tillering ofRice Seedlings and Its Mechanism
Abstract:Effect of S-3307 on rice seedling growth and tillering in rellation to seedling anatomyand endosenous hormunes was studied. 10 ̄ 400ug ml ̄-1 S-3307 solution could regulate seedlinggrowth and facilitate tillering by soaking seeds. As S-3307 concentration increased 3 the growth-regulating effect became greater. For tillerins facilitation, however,100 and 200 um . ml-1 weremost effective, Further studies indicated that S- 3307 brought about an increase in CTK level andCTK/IAA ratio, which could facilitate tillering. The root and leaf sheath cells were observed tobecome laterally longer and lonsitudinally shorter after S-3307 treatment.
