返地卫星搭载水稻种子对后代主要性状变异的影响

摘    要:利用“921006”返地科学卫星搭载水稻种子,由于宇宙空间综合作用,通过对回收种子种植后SP_1、SP_2、SP_3、SP_4主要性状和单株生产力的田间观察和室内考种,结果表明:SP_2群体单株间表现分离,SP_2单株与SP_3平均值其主要性状协方差分析,单株生产力较对照种(CK)表现极显著差异,而SP_2、SP_3之间无明显差异,说明利用宇宙空间处理农作物种子所产生的变异是可遗传的,通过宇宙空间处理选育农作物新品种可作为诱变育种的一种新的有效途径。

Effect of Retrieved Satellite Carrying of Rice Seeds on Main Characters of Their Offsprings
Abstract:Rice seeds were carried by the retrieved satellite 921006 and then sowed in orderto observe their main characters and individual productivity,The results showed that the popula-tion of generation SP2 exhibited segregation. According to analysis of covariance on main charac-ters,the individual productivity of generation SP2 and SP3 was significantly different while nosignificant difference existed between SP2 and SP3. The above-mentioned results implied thatspace treatment could bring about inheritable mutation in crops and become a new approach tocrop breeding.
