| 摘 要： | 对６３个地理来源不同的大麦品种的７个数量性状进行了主成分分析。应用主成分分析结果对品种进行综合性状评价和选择，选出２０个性状较好的品种，与实际生产结果相符。采用第一、第二主成分作散点图结果表明品种的地理分布对遗传差异有一定的影响，本研究表明通过主成分分析可以较全面地评价和选择品种和亲本。

Study on Multivariate Genetic Analysis of Barley Quantitative Traits and Its Application |

| Abstract: | The seven quantitative traits of 63 barley varieties from the world cellection werestudied,The data were subjected to principal component analysis. Comprehensive evaluations andselections of varieties have been done,and 20 stocks with good characters were selected out based ontheir value of standardized principal components, the results were in correspondence with theproduction practice. The Scatter diagram of the first two principal components showed that thegeographical distribution of varieties had some effect on the genetic diversity. The study showed thatmore comprehensive evaluations and selections of varieties and parents for hybridization can be doneby means of principal component analysis. |
