摘 要: | 选择4株供试菌株,通过单因子试验和正交试验确定其最适接种量和培养条件;在固体培养基中共培养,降解秸秆纤维素,产生菌体蛋白来制备秸秆饲料。结果表明,经过4株菌共培养发酵产生的秸秆饲料,其纤维素降低了18.66%,而粗蛋白含量提高了29.30%,粗脂肪提高了0.37%,为开发秸秆饲料提供了一种可行的方法。

Abstract: | Four testing stains were selected to study their optimum culture condition and inoculation size by orthogonal test and single-factor tests.They were co-cultured in solid medium and the cellulose in straw was degraded.Thalli protein was produced to prepare straw feedstuff.Results showed that through the co-culture and fermentation of 4 testing strains,the cellulose of straw feedstuff reduced by 18.66%,the crude protein improved by 29.30% and the crude fat increased by 0.37%,which offered a feasible method for the straw feed development. |
