| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的到来，中小企业如雨后春笋般崛起，并得到了迅速发展。但我国加入WTO后外商的不断涌入，市场竞争更加残酷更为激烈，中小企业的生存与发展成了理论界与企业关注的一个现实问题。在分析企业虚拟经营一般理论的基础上，认为中小企业竞争环境的变化使得中小企业实行虚拟经营成为现实需要，我国中小企业也确有条件实施虚拟经营以谋求更好的发展，本文在此基础上对中小企业实行虚拟经营进行了探讨。
